Returns
Thank you so much for shopping with us! While we hope that you will love every item you order, we understand that sometimes that adorable item you've been waiting for doesn't fit quite right. In that case, follow our return policy below for items that need to be exchanged or returned:Policy
Please email us at 260broadwayboutique@gmail.com to let us know. We accept returns for a credit and/or exchange that are post-marked within 14 days of your purchase. CREDIT returns will be issued to a 260 Broadway Gift Card that can be used toward future purchases.
Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Sale items are final.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a refund in the form of a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you within 1-3 business days.

If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case we don’t receive your returned item.
